Roalla AI — Admin Quick Start

What you need once (from your developer)
- Admin password — opens ai.roalla.com (they call it ADMIN_API_KEY)
- OpenAI key — or they add it for you under Admin → AI providers
First-time setup (15 min)
- Open status.html — all green = OK
- Open admin.html → paste admin password → Connect
- Tab AI providers → paste OpenAI key → Save
- Open onboard.html → add your first app (see below)
Add any app (5 min)
- Open onboard.html
- Paste admin password
- Fill App ID, name, website, monthly allowance
- Check “Already on SSO” if login already works
- Register → Copy text → email developer
Example: adding TOVA (already on SSO)
TOVA already uses sso.roalla.com for login. You only add AI:

After Register: copy the text block and send to your developer. They add AI_GATEWAY_URL and remove the old OpenAI key from TOVA.
