Add an app — Roalla (simple guide)

Step 1 — Admin password

Your developer calls this ADMIN_API_KEY. Like a password — keep it private.

Step 2 — App

Pick an app registered on sso.roalla.com, or register a new one.

App display name

The name your team recognizes.

Website address

Where the app runs online (for new apps not yet on SSO).

Developer laptop address (optional)

Leave as-is unless your developer says otherwise.

Monthly AI allowance

How many AI requests this app can use per month. Example: 50000.

This app already uses sso.roalla.com for login (e.g. TOVA). Check this to add AI only — skip login setup.

Done!

Step 4 — Copy the text below and send it to your developer (email or Slack). You don’t need to understand it.

Step 5 — Ask developer to test an AI feature, then check Admin → AI usage.
