Connect apps to Roalla AI in about 10 minutes. No terminal required.
Tip User login is handled by Auth Hub. This guide is only for AI routing and limits.
Open the admin console
Go to /admin.html and paste your Admin API key.
Connect your AI provider
AI providers tab → paste OpenAI key from platform.openai.com → Save.
Add the app
Connect a new app → name, App ID, website URL, monthly allowance.
Add customer details
Customer name and contact email for limit warning emails.
Set a monthly limit
Default 50,000 requests/month. Adjust under Spending limits anytime.
Send snippet to your developer
After saving, open app Details → Copy for developer. They remove old API keys from the app.
Test
Ask dev to run an AI feature. Check AI usage tab and Status page.
Glossary
- Login pass (JWT)
- Handled automatically when users sign in via Auth Hub.
- App ID
- Short slug for the app, e.g.
tova or acme-portal.
- Monthly AI allowance
- Max AI requests per app per calendar month.
- Provider key
- Your OpenAI or Anthropic account key — stored only on the gateway.
